I won't rate them based on my interaction with them. But since I have to rate them the star is not indicating what they deserve. I had a flat tire....needed a inner tube. He told me that he could take my name down and get back with me later on this afternoon. Problem was, I was there on my bike, about 14+miles from my house. Didn't want to waste my entire day on a 10 minute fix. I understand that they had previous work orders to get to, but a flat tire is a simple fix for bike shops.

I have been to most of the local shops and this is my favorite. I find that Giant products are excellent and priced less than many comparable bikes. My Trance MTB is a warhorse. The mechanics at Scottsdale Bike are excellent. All in all, a great local shop and resource for bikers of all types.

Amazing customer service! I came to Scottsdale Bike Co for a specific bike rack they had in stock. Brett & Jaden helped me out and they were awesome. Not only did they take the time to put the entire bike rack together for me, they also installed it onto the hitch of my SUV, and took the time to explain the installation + how to use the rack & the lock. They seriously went above and beyond. Everyone I interacted with in this shop was super friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back for any of my cycling needs due to the great experience I had with them. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! Chris helped my fiancé and I pick out our new bikes. He is very knowledgeable and he helped guide us in the best direction for what we wanted. I learned so much about bikes from Chris! Customer service was above and beyond and I’m looking forward to coming back for tunes and eventually a more advanced bike. Thank you!
