atrocious, this is a corporate location, I spoke with customer service about an appointment to alleviate problems with my account, I was told remarks were left in my account to make this as easy as possible, when I get the the rep never opened the account before telling me there's nothing he can/will do... this location doesn't care, your better off going to 3rd party location because their service is 1000% better and if customer service and corporate locations have nothing to do with each other, then it doesn't make sense dealing with the corporate locations who just want to add a new line on your account.
