they have no clue what they are doing we went in there for a recovery my password easy job.but AMANDA the solution she gave me is to reset the cell phone completely.i between myself said i cant believe it these are apple employees and technical support NO WAY .Neither them or apple support customer service were able to resolve the issue..had to do it myself to resolve my own issue. IF YOU COULD PUT ZERO STARS IS WHAT THEY DESERVE

I’ve been buying apple products directly from the apple store for over ten years and I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience. I feel like I should have left the apple store excited about having a new iPhone and instead I just wanted to walk back in there and return it on the spot. Molly, our sales associate was just not it.

Horrible customer service went to try and get my Magic keyboard fixed because some keys popped off I bought it 3 weeks before brand new and they said I would have to buy a new one they would not even try to fix it. I asked them why would I damage this when I need it for school and just bought it 3 weeks ago. Their response was nothing could not answer my question.They said because it was forced damaged when the keys popped off finding out from another Apple in chandler that the brackets were not centered Go to the apple in chandler they fixed it immediately and their was not even a charge. Do not go to this apple full of Lazy people trying to make money off a keyboard they sell for 300 plus dollars that was made overseas for probably about 15 bucks I did not even want a new keyboard I just wanted mine fix so I can use it again.

Issac at the Genius Bar was super friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable in his position!!! Truly left a GREAT impression after a not so solid start with the initial appointment however one could say it was my fault as I was a walk-in/fit-in appointment as well. But they went out of their way to help me and resolved my issue even though they were very busy. Had a not so great experience with the Best Buy geek squad prior to this so regardless of how long I have to wait I will continue to return here for all my apple care needs.
