I highly recommend NOT going here. Staff is absolutely awful. I Showed up at 5 am and there was legit me and 4 other people and it took them 4 hrs to even get me to a room! And then another 2 hours for a nurse. They have no sense of urgency to be an emergency room. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! All the nurses do is go back and forth from the cafeteria! In the 6 hours I was there i spoke with 2 people. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I was in Arizona on vacation & unfortunately I had to go to the emergency room. The service here sucks (if you ask me this is the hospital you go to to die), we’ve been here for over 6 hours and we’re not able to see someone. People who needs help are leaving because they’re been waiting for over 7 hours. It’s absolutely ridiculous! There’s no sense of care or urgency from any of the workers. I wish there was a better hospital closer to my resort.

Nurse Jennifer was awful, never came to check on me and didn’t wear gloves when removing my IV. I’d also informed her that I hadn’t ate and she offered crackers never saw them though. The other nurses huddled outside the room and were having a jolly time waiting to ask her if she had any breakfast request though as if they didn’t have patients to check on also or work to do in general. The bathroom had blood on the sink which is just gross. The room was cold and I was there for hours before anyone offered a blanket. I left still in pain with no answer for it after several test were done and was told to just take ibuprofen and maybe see my Primary doctor about it. Ultrasound tech Tiffany was kind, she was who brought me a blanket. The Asian male assisting the obgyn doctor was rude & laughed as if my pain was amusing to him somehow. Overall worst ER experience ever and wouldn’t go there for my toe tag if it were up to me.

I’ve been sitting in their ER for 3 hours now waiting to get seen for chest pain- specifically lung related, making it difficult and painful to breathe. When I asked for an update (as the Tylenol I took 2 hours prior was wearing off) the check in woman stated “I understand you’re in pain but we have folks back there fighting for life right now so you’re going to have to be patient.” I understand that, and I understand long wait times. I too, work in healthcare. Diminishing a patients pain in a hospital setting REGARDLESS of your role, is so incredibly disappointing and dehumanizing Have only met the triage RN and an ER tech (besides check in woman) at this point, and they were both very sweet and attentive
