Dr Grekin was 45 minutes late and did not apologize. He was also rude to his fellow working with him. Didn’t wash his hands at all, even before he touched my face. Rude staff at checkout. Cost $150 for a 10 minute consult. Go elsewhere for a free consult

Extremely rude administrative staff. I am really in need of good treatment that is the only reason I have to deal with this office. Otherwise not worth of speaking a single word. May be the practicing staff should know how rude and non cooperative the front staff is.

God awful clinic. Admin and Coordinators on staff are rude and uncaring. They're untruthful about referrals and appointments. I think they would never take your medical needs seriously. Really surprising since it's UCSF. This clinic is does nothing good for UCSF's reputation.

There are some good doctors here and it came highly recommended. What I didn't expect were sky-high bills for two biopsies that turned out to be benign. There was a "Clinic" charge for being in the clinic. I was charged three times more for a biopsy that was on a "private part" of my body than the one for my shoulder. The labs used were also very expensive. The administration is nearly impossible to contact. I had a lot of trouble finding a billing person to talk to, and that person really did nothing to help. I missed my doctors call back to give me my results and it took weeks to get them from her. The office staff did their best to track her down and leave her messages. I wrote to the head of the dermatology department (the only name and number I could find on the UCSF website) before I got a call back. Recently, I called for a copy of my results and found they were never entered into the database. An office staff member found them. Hats off to him. Imagine spending all that money with no documentation of results in the medical records. It should be in the database and not a few sheets of paper that could easily get lost. All things aside, I must return for a few procedures and can manage my expectations. I advise one to find out an estimate of charges and their insurance coverage. Medicare or Medi-cal is probably going to be sufficient, but a PPO with a high out of pocket deductible was costly to me.

Do they have valet parking services

There is a parking garage nearby for ucsf patients plus public parking beside that. Don't confuse the two, though.

Public parking available?

Yes there is a UCSF garage a block away or a valet at the Diller cancer center across the street.
