Unbelievably rude and irresponsible! The person who was in charge to take my return told me I could pack your return THIS TIME for free and all of a sudden told me I will CHARGE! In a very bad voice like he was so close to attack me. I wish there was a negative star option for this site. The people who hire these employees have no idea who they are hiring!

This UPS location has incredible customer experience. I’ve been here several times and the employees Omar, Jose and Chris go above and beyond on customer service standards. They’re incredibly friendly, helpful and resourceful. They have helped me with fingerprints, background checks, fax’s, and packages. Every time they assist me with anything, they answer all my questions. Thank you for providing such quick and friendly service all at once!!

Very unprofessional and unfriendly associate at the counter. I stood there for 15 minutes and saw 3 customers walk out infuriated about this guy's attitude. Management take a look at your camera's hopefully see how this unprofessional customer service associate is ruining your business.

I opted to ship eggs through ups 2 day air after FedEx smashed the last batch with a heavy object. The eggs arrived within 2 days intact (even the air cells looked good). I will using UPS exclusively for 2 day deliveries in the future.
