I can’t rate the food because the cashier was so rude and unwelcoming I decided to go to Jersey Mikes. As I approached the cashier she was looking at me weird. I never mind it because idk what type of day the young lady had. I gave her a smile and a greeting hoping to shift her energy. It didn’t but I proceed to order a 5 piece wing. Her immediate response in a not so friendly tone “our wings take 18 minutes”. I state ok that’s fine and asked if they have honey hot. She stated now and with her not so friendly tone points to the menu above and says all our flavors are there. At that point I was over her attitude and told her never mind and I left. I don’t know what was going on with the young lady but if she doesn’t want to be the face of the company she should maybe go to the back and fry the chicken. I really wanted to try the wings but, I’m not spending my money with a person who doesn’t have basic human decency. Maybe I’ll try again and she’s in a better mood or not there but someone really needs to give her a lesson on her soft skills. Just for reference she was a black young lady and it’s was today 7/11/22 at around 12:10.

I came here to give this place a great review, and after reading a lot of the other comments, I’m honestly a little shocked. Maybe they took them as feedback? I placed a to-go order right when I left my house (9min away) I got there and it was ready. I was in and out pretty quickly. Plus my buffalo fries were amazing, good flavor, crispiness, yum!

GROSS!! I will never go here again. First and foremost they messed up our order entirely, asked for extra cheese on my mother in laws fries and they didn't provide it, I asked for 5 tenders and they gave me 5 boneless wings, they didn't even use the right sauce on my husband's 15 wings, or even use a dry rub on my father in laws 5 wings. That's just to get started, my husband's wings were burnt with no flavor the fries were cold with no seasoning even though I paid extra for lemon pepper and my order of tenders had no seasoning at all. It also appeared they forgot our order because we had ordered it 20 minutes prior and still ended up waiting for 25 minutes. I paid 70 dollars for food that was overcooked and not even made to order. This is my first and last time visiting this restaurant. It is unfortunate too because my mother in law loves or I should say loved this restaurant.

Waited over an hour for our food though there was only 1 other couple in the entire place and I wish I could say that was the worst part of our experience. Ordered a peanut butter cup shake and thank God I was watching n scraping the last of the chocolate and peanut butter out of the bottom or I would've missed and swallowed this nice STAPLE that was at the bottom! Yes an actual staple in my shake! Reached out to them with pics and explanation with zero reply.. worst experience I've had spending $100 at any "restaurant" ever and can't believe it wasn't important enough for them to reach out to me.. first and last time
