My visit here today was good only issue I had was that they didn't have the exact size my daughter wears but they did say "Come back once she has tried them on and if it was needed for a larger or smaller size they should have them by then or we could swap for a different style of the same price". Overall price was good, quality and service was good much appreciated what you did have and the help that was provided Thank You!

These people are great very honest I had a bit of a brain fart and forgot my shoes didn’t know what store I left them in the new one or the old across the hall they were both great. Even though they were Very busy cuz of the holidays. they really took their time without any hesitation or any complaining whatsoever and took the time to make sure I was sure I didn’t leave them there thank you so much guys.

We bought our daughter the wrong size Air Force One’s (all white) and every place in Solano County was sold out of her size. We tried calling and got many unhelpful associates. Not willing to do much other than say so sorry. We finally found some in Sacramento (Arden Fair). The girl who answered the phone was very helpful and agreed to hold them for us so we can travel a couple hours (round trip) to pick them up. When we arrived another guy helped us who was just as friendly and helpful (it was busy too). She ended up telling me she had plenty but saw no harm in holding them for me just in case. They were very nice and understood what customer service is about. It’s not for everyone and people are falling terribly short now days in the customer service arena. Not this place, they did great! Got to give them a shot out!
