Bought a wrong pair of Air Force ones for my son took it back to get one size down and they told me there not doing exchange at this time I told the lady “it says there 30 day exchange on the receipt and I just bought them today” so the lady walk to the back, comes back and says they can do the exchange so she check me out and hands me a new receipt with exchange transaction on it and hands me the box with the shoes I never check the box hoping good faith and integrity from the worker she did what she said what she was going to do so I get home pull the shoes out of the box find out she gave me the same shoes back and played it off as she exchange it horrible experience !! It’s to late to call there store or customer service there closed but definitely will be calling once they open !

Not much of a selection for cute, pretty & comfortable combination wide foot wide calf boots 7 1/2 W. They have cute, pretty, gorgeous shoes and boots just not in my size. Managers, Employees & Customers Please Let Me Know If This Changes So I Can Shop Here Without Disappointment.

Highly disappointed with the customer service from Shiek. They do not honor their 30 days return guidelines. I bought my son some Jordan shoes that he did not like so I was going to return them for the price. I took the shoes in 4 days after Christmas and the manager said they ran out of cash and to come back. My son attempted to return them with the original receipt and the clerk had the audacity to say, "they look worn." Excuse me- so she told him to come back Monday. He called me, I called Shiek, and told him to go back to the store and demand his return. No customer should have to become "nasty" to have done what should'e been done in the first place. She's lucky she didn't tell me they looked worn because that is not cool at all. We are all hard working individuals and I will never purchase shoes from this store again-never! Lastly, about not having cash in the register and telling people to come back to exhaust their 30 days right to return or full refund is unethical.
