An amazing lot of stuff. Most of it is, unsurprisingly, aimed at restaurants - huge pots, stirrers, can openers, whisks that could serve as canoe paddles. Also rice cookers, salad spinners, mixers and blenders on the same enormous scale. But there are pots and pans, dough-rising buckets, stainless cutlery, knives, plates and glasses, and even some machines that would fit a normal kitchen. Prices look fair, quality is high, and I'm very pleased to have a resource like this in my area.
