This place is fantastic. Everyone I have met so far are nice and friendly. They make their own bagels and cream cheese. You have to try it. Don't forget to try their frozen coffee. The best.. see you there!

I have been coming here since they opened. It was great for many years but now the food is just ok. Customer service is very bad. They do not answer the phone and 3 time they where out of Bagels at 8:30am. Biggest problem is not leadership on the weekends all high school kids running the show. Sorry but I will not be going back.

I'll start by saying the bagels were delicious. If tge review was about the quality of the food, this would be another 5 star review. I would love to tell you the schmear was good, but that's where my issue begins. I asked for two dozen bagels and two schmears. I was given two big bags of bagels. I didnt want to use my grubby hands to find out if the schmear was for whatever reason buried underneath the bagels, so I went back in and asked if they were placed in the bag. The girl assured me they were at the bottom of the bag. Now Im not mad that they forgot the schmears, accidents happen. It's the lying that bothered me. We had spare cream cheese, mothers day was not ruined. But I don't think a business should outright lie to their customer, period. I sincerely hope this was just a big confusion, as the other reviews all seem pretty decent. And once again, the bagels were well liked. Thank you.

Great bagels and friendly service. The seating area inside is a bit small, but on nice days you can always sit outside. They have a lot of variety of bagels and cream cheeses, and they also sell pastries and sandwiches. Our go-to bagel shop when we are in Goodyear.
