I was given a 1-5pm delivery window. I called at 2pm to get a more accurate time and was told it would be delivered by 4pm. One day later and still no delivery.

Avoid Oak Harbor Trucking! They call and schedule a delivery date on a Friday, then the driver lies saying "the equipment broke down". In talking with the office girl there wasn't an equipment failure. We're then told that the delivery will occur on Monday, no delivery, no phone calls, nothing. We get a phone the following Friday stating "we don't have any drivers, we can't delivery your shipment". Maybe we'll deliver it on Monday. This is the second shipment transported by Oak Harbor, both shipments had the same results - no delivery when promised, no phone calls, lies about when the truck is in the area

I had a delivery for them and when I arrived , my partner goes in to checkin and both people she spoke with were very rude and disrespectful. They were very unprofessional. Seems like to me if they don’t like their jobs there is always another job to find! This company needs to reevaluate their employees!

I am a local Guide and also a business owner that gets deliveries from this guys. when it comes to prompt deliveries this guys DO NOT HAVE IT.they schedule you 3-4 days after they have the load on the dock.then they miss deliveries and reschedule you 2 days later. Been on the phone for over an hour and there is no manager willing to take the call(must be busy running the business into the ground). IF you are a truck company or Toilet cleaner there has to be pride in your work and this guys have Zero.Just moving pallets from A to B at their Snail pace regardless what you order. Charge for services they do not provide.So many times showed up with out a gate trying to deliver a 800 lb pallet and the drivers can barely move out of their cab. The seller pick this guys for shipping but i will never ever do business with them.
