One of the worst pedicures I've gotten in Maricopa. I wish I would have read these reviews first. I called ahead to check the wait time and was told to come in. got there at 6. (They close at 7) she was done within 20 mins and did the worst polish. Ever. I felt rushed and was out the door by 6:48. I went back the next day to have them fix my polish and to tell them I was disappointed in the pedicure itself. Saw the same lady and she said I should come earlier so she could sit me at the fan I told her i came at 6 like you asked. First and last time there.

This place is a butcher shop for nails! They use drill bits to do manicure cuticle clean ups instead of taking their time to soak your figures and do it the old fashion way. I also noticed their tools are dirty and are not cleaned after use. You have to literally ask them to clean them or they'll just use whatever is laying around. YUCK!! Gel nail polish is watered down and chips within 72hrs. After my experience, I took my business elsewhere. This place is not worth the overpriced rates in Maricopa.

Saving Grace Massage

I don’t even know where to start so I guess I’ll start with the color, I asked for ombré & green for st. Patrick’s Day however all she did was a green tip and she didn’t do them evenly AT ALL! She managed to get the gel all over my cuticles and then kept using the grinder to grind it off my cuticles. I still had to go get a file and clean up the sides of my nails after I left. She irritated my cuticles so bad with the grinder that they have been sensitive since I had them done two days ago. In addition to that, after she removed the previous dip I asked her to trim my nails short because I am a massage therapist and cannot have long nails. It took her six tries to get them to the length that I wanted. After she finally got them to the length that I wanted she proceeded with the manicure and towards the end started to file my nails even shorter, I reminded her that I didn’t want them any shorter but she continue to do so and filed 6 of my nails all the way to the quick. I will never go back for any reason!

I could say many things about this salon it’s self , none of which would be good . But the Salon itself does not deserve a review . The ONLY person in this entire shop that deserves any recognition is JJ/Jenny which I’m sure if you’ve read previous reviews you can tell that for yourself . I could sit here and tell you things about the salon and other employees but I would much rather focus this review on the one person who makes this salon worth it . From the first time I went to see Ms.JJ it was very clear she was not the same as every other nail tech you encounter in salons . She genuinely cares about her work and customer , she takes the time to learn who you are as a person, Not just your name , she takes the time to learn what you like , she will give you the best conversations and the best advice on life . She cares for you as if you are her own blood family . When I went in this time I had sent her ideas of what I wanted and she went out of her way even as far as to go buy supplies with her own money to give me what I asked for and when she couldn’t find it she made them . Sadly they didn’t stick but she did Amy and everything she could to try to give me what I asked for . And the picture below is the set I left with and I couldn’t have been happier . She even takes time to learn the littlest details like how you prefer the shapes of your nails , down to little minor details you don’t even realize you ask for. I understand fully why people drive from chandler/Phoenix and more to come to see Ms.JJ. If you ever want to go to this salon ask for her and you will have an experience with a person who is one of a kind . I am very thankful she took me that day when she was being told to send me away, people like JJ do not exist in this world anymore . Do not let the other employees here sour your want to come back because yes they will definitely make you want to go else where , and many times I would . But it is definitely my place to go specifically because of Ms.JJ ♥️
