Unfortunately KFC has fallen prey to the same inflation problems is everybody else. The food is priced to a point where the quantity and quality is not worth the cost. Large sides are only good for two or three eaters. And Heaven help you if you have a family of heavy eaters. All together, $18 a person for fast food quality and minimal leftovers is just going to make KFC along with most of the other fast food restaurants in town off the dinner list. I understand inflation, but for a fixed income there's no way to keep up with the rising prices.

Seriously just close this place down and let something new come into town. I keep giving them chances (because all those previous reviews are accurate) but after my last visit when one of the girls was wearing a hoodie (with the hood on!) COVERED in animal hair! Covered! That cannot be sanitary and she put my food in the box. I threw my food away. I will never go back now that was the final straw.

I can count the number of times they’ve been out of chicken on more than one hand. This time I order a spicy chicken sandwich and they added such a small amount of sauce I might as well have ordered a regular sandwich. Plus, the Sierra Mist and Dr. Pepper were nothing but carbonated water. KFC needs to realize this franchise is dragging their name through the mud.

3 day process for this visit. Day 1, told fryer wasn’t working. No LJS today. Day 2, arrive at 11:00, store opens at 10:30 but doors are locked. No LJS. Day 3, they have LJS! Cashier tells me he should have left when he had the chance lol. Ordered an extra piece of chicken, notice the pic, one is 2/3 the size of the others. Where did the little crusty bits go also??? Finally, the taste… maybe the oil hasn’t been changed in a wee bit… thus the 2. Lol. Thank you to all the other Long John Silvers out there that still care

Management's Decisions
we usually get silverware and napkins with every meal and make sure that they are in every bag but sometimes when it gets busy or if we are in a rush and have many orders, we tend to forget to get them in there! Sorry for the inconvenience
When i contacted corporate, they refered the issue to the store owner that doesnt fix anything.. vicious circle..
