Almost impossible to get an appointment. If you manage to get an appointment they’re usually a couple weeks out. I highly recommend changing insurance or doctors offices.

This place is good and bad. The staff are nice but when it comes to answering their phones They are horrible at it. I have called and called numerous times to try to get a hold of them to contact my psychiatrist to refill my medication but they refuse to answer. And when you leave a voicemail that doesn’t even do anything because they simply do not get back to you like they say they are going to. If you are really in need of your medication like I did its honestly best to just walk into the clinic because waiting for a phone call from them is a waste of time since you won’t be getting one.

The lady in front was super irritated when simply asking if I needed to continue to wait or not. The Doctor was the second worst doctor I’ve ever had, she was in the biggest rush and saw me for literally 55 seconds not even a full minute! When I specified I had questions and even needed to talk to her more. Keep in mind I’ve waited literally 46 days just to be seen! To make everything worse the nurse said my prescription for an inhaler (you know something I need to breathe) would be digitally sent to my pharmacy and would take an hour. Guess what? Two hours later and the pharmacy didn’t get it. Worst place ever! They don’t care about their jobs and it shows. It’s not like it’s Friday and they closed soon no, it’s Tuesday and you still have another two hours of clients. Take a break, grab a coffee, find another career that doesn’t involve taking care of people!!! When they clearly don’t give a damn!

Wellspace in endangering people’s life. Do not wait until it’s too late to change your doctor. I lost my daughter due to asthma as she was given a 2 month appointment to get a prescription and had an asthma attack. Now I’m caring for her daughter my granddaughter and she has asthma. We waited 3 weeks for an appointment and she ended up in emergency before the appointment. On the day of the appointment the check in person called and said the doctor will be calling in 30 minutes which he didn’t, so we called the following business day and they scheduled us for immediate care the same day. Once immediate care called they said they couldn’t help us because they don’t do prescriptions. I called and waited on hold for an hour again. She rescheduled the appointment for another 3 weeks away and gave me no explanation on why the doctor did not honor his appointment. This is medical malpractice.
