I went in the store on different occasions & was assisted by Raya, Angelica, Holly & Crystal. They were all very nice, had great communication, & was extremely helpful! They even took the time to ask me questions (in order to better assist me). Angelica walked with us over to the section in which we were searching for. Angelica, Holly & Crystal thank you all so much! Raya assisted us in the jewelry section. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and she provided details about the products. Shopping for birthday gift, recieved an anniversary card from Kohls, had noticed I had $15 cash in my "wallet",, got to the checkout, as soon as I turned on my cell, zap it disappeared, what the heck kohls? next time, i'll take a snap shot before I leave home. Then I got home and found the top was missing from the spray pump, lucky for me I had extra body sprays, will have to return it another day. The store should be checking these on a daily! All in all, not a bad experience shopping the store is always well organized as usual, customer service reps friendly and willing to help. you know you have to double check and triple check when you're shopping. Doing your own due diligence.
