Tight fit on both sites and trying to back in. Hopefully you have a good helper and a friendly neighbor that is will to move vehicles if needed to make it easier to back in. Loud traffic noise from the freeway. Clean sites. Nice walk to an empty, clean beach. Perfect for dogs to run. Little on the pricey side of campgrounds.

What a nice rv Park! The showers had great pressure and were very clean! It's right next to the ocean and you get a lovey walk through the dunes! I would highly recommend staying here. It was quite and very chill. They have fire pits and a fire grill to cook on. I will definitely be returning to this park next time we are down there. They even had a great playground for the kids and also offered a scavenger hunt for them!

We were in the extension to the campground to the south near the hotel. Facilities are new and in good condition and the location is near Monterey. This part feels much like an expensive parking space. It is not on the beach although not far but you can’t see the beach or any view. There are no trees or shade in this part of the campground. The Freeway (US1) is just behind and it is very noisy all night and day, hard to sleep. For that price (over 150$ per night) I expected much more. I would not return

Really nice in the original part of the park- I read the reviews about the new section which looks like an extension of the parking lot for the hotel Nextdoor- complete with bright fluorescent hotel lights shining on the RV spots at night- yuck. So I paid the $10 to pick our spot and couldn’t have been happier on the dunes side of the original park- lots of trees and nice wide spots with privacy barriers. It’s pricey but nicer than the coastal RV parking lots you see up and down CA. Tip- if you’re gonna pick your spot- Google maps drove through so you can actually see your spot before picking!

Size of the sites varies quite a bit. So you'd have to call and outline what you wanted so they could accommodate.
Yes. We stayed there mostly because they where totally cool with us having 4 dogs (as long as they are well behaved).
Yes they do...nice management.
Yes full hook ups, electric, water, sewer, water psi is quite high. Be sure to have a presure regulator.
Yes, I agree the new area for sure can accommodate the big 40 footers. I've seen some fairly large rigs in their existing spaces as well, at least 30 foot
Any quoted rate would depend on the size of the parking area you require. When we stayed, there were several trailers parked for the summer, and the owners would come and go during that time.
We registered online with no prob. Do mention good sam (if you're members) when check in for a discount
U have to call them and they can tell u
They also have bungalows but they are pretty expensive 🫰
I do not believe so. They do have a few glamping tents with power
I'm not sure. I did see one site with two small cars in one site. Plenty of street parking outside of resort. Very close an looks safe
I think they have annual sites but you can only stay for so many days a year
There are 3 spots in the area to the right of the office in the middle of the turn around loop that are only big enough for a tent or camper van. I didn't see any tents there during my stay.
Yes they are open. Call or go to their website for rates. No camping and only newer RVs allowed.
Not sure. You could probably call the main number and find out from Marina Dunes
42 foot not a problem......i think sites run about $80 a night.......hope this helps😁
I don't remember the cost to be honest but it probably wasn't crazy knowing use. I had 2 issues. I wasn't thrilled with tent camper 5ft from the back of my 5th wheel, and the sites were to close together for getting in and out in our 42 footer. Smaller rigs would be great. I would stay again if I had something smaller tho.
No. There are dunes between the park and the ocean. Maybe a few hundred yard path leads through the dunes to the water
Looks like they havent paid their website domain license. I'd try calling directly and alerting them when you make your reseevation. It was a lovely place to stay and the people were very friendly.
No, it is not allowed. As far as I know they don't have a permission to let you sleep in a car. We had to pitch a tent - we borrowed a tent that other travellers left there. The price was around 80$ for a tent site.
There are larger spaces for larger RVs. Website is the best bet for more detailed information.
No charge at all just give us a call. Cancellation is a $10 but changing dates is no charge
Not sure that the staff monitors this site so I would call the office.
Year advance is OK specially during events in town, MDRV go crazy busy during summer and events
