I was waiting for two months for my appointment. The package I was fill for Dr was lost by recipients. On the day of appointment they said sorry you should fill another one and wait for two more months for Dr appointment.

During COVID it has been a struggle finding any facility that you could get scheduled for a COVID vaccine. Eventually, I found Doctors on Duty and what a blessing that was. The reception staff was amazing and checked me in fast. After a few minutes I was getting pulled back by Maria the medical assistant. She made the shot quick and painless. I highly recommend this clinic and it’s staff!

There are no doctors available there for urgent care. I was referred from their Seaside location, which didn’t have a doctor on site at all. And after driving there & filling out more forms, they too said the one doctor they had there was busy with scheduled patients for the next 3 hours. That’s not urgent care & they shouldn’t boast that they have doctors on duty

I always see people come in and give them a big attitude and then complain about the service. You get what you give. They've always taken care of me in a reasonable amount of time and have been friendly to me. One lady even gave me cookies last time I was there. For an urgent care clinic its as good as you can expect.

Good Morning, we take a $200 deposit at the time of the visit. The total due post visit will be dependent on the services provided (office visit, flu test, etc. dependent on the providers discretion). You are able to check yourself in online to save your walk-in place at doctorsonduty.com under the locations link. If you have any specific questions you are welcome to call the clinic. The x-ray tech at our Marina location is currently scheduled Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. It is always best to call the clinic ahead of time to confirm we have a x-ray tech scheduled for that day.
Yes, we take Medicare at all of our locations for urgent care needs. Please make sure to bring your new Medicare card with you.

Yes, we accept Central California Alliance for Health. You can call the number on your insurance card and request that we be assigned as your primary care provider.
Yes, all Doctors on Duty locations are open.
The provider would need to see you in order to submit a referral to any specialty. We need to submit medical documentation in order to have the specialist approve the referral. If you have specific questions, please feel free to contact the office directly.
Yes, we take walk ins or appointments. You are able to save your walk-in place online at doctorsonduty.com. Under the locations link, you can find the clinic you would like to be seen at and press the "get in line here" button. If you have additional questions, please feel free to call the clinic.
