Every now and again you just want a good burger and a good milkshake. As usual. Red Robin did not disappoint. Overall the food is always been great and Red. Robin, and that's why I'm not really going to focus on it. With this review. I wanted to take a minute and talk about our server. Her name is Renee, she's a mature lady in the service industry, but her personality is amazing and nothing mature about it in a good way. We were seated in the middle of a room at a slightly awkward two top And as soon as she walked over she was like. Do you guys want to move and be able to spread out a little bit? That is what sold me on Renee. For the rest of the meal our drinks were full, we had plenty of sauce, and just overall she was a very kind person. One of the best services I've had in quite a while. Renee, if you're reading this, thank you for being an amazing server and for letting us have a great Saturday night.

Took my son here after his orthodontic appointment. I knew he’d want to come here as he would eat burgers everyday if allowed to do so. Anyway the service was good, food was alright. I kept in line with my low carb intake so I had the weggie burger. Nice salad as a part of their bottomless sides menu. But yes we had a good lunch nothing to write home about but no complaints either.

We ate at Red Robbin Gourmet Burgers .I ordered the fish & chips with tartar sauce on side.The restaurant was clean,not crowded. Restrooms clean,The waitress was nice,polite and sociable. I definitely returning when I'm in Phx. 👍

Considering that this was my first time going to this location, along with the fact that I rarely eat at Red Robin in general, I had a great experience last night during my visit here! I came to this location to celebrate my friend's birthday, and we had a very small and intimate dinner. Although the booth we were seated in was a little cramped, we had exceptional service, and our server Renee was wonderful! She was very friendly, outgoing, and attentive to each of us and our needs! Renee also gave great recommendations for different menu items and did everything possible to make sure my friend had a positive experience on her birthday! We were given a complimentary order of bottomless fries, and I ordered the tropical Mai Tai (which was amazing considering I tried one for the first time), the avo-cobbo salad with no chicken or bacon (substituted for plant based patty), along with the chocolate strawberry shake! Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious and total perfection! I love that the shake came with a tin cup for the leftovers also! With the best comfort food, cozy atmosphere and outstanding service, I highly recommend this location to everyone!
