Wendy's has been struggling to keep up with all of the changes that the pandemic has been dishing out... However I am extremely patient and understanding... There are often only 3 or 4 employees handling all of the demands that we the consumers are praying for... Good food in a timely manner with a pleasant demeanor... I know that the staff are doing the best they can each day... I applaud each and every member of the team! Just hang in there... Better days are coming... Stay positive and STRONG! Thank you all!

stopped at Wendy's at 10:40am and ordered four large chocolate frosties to take to my staff at work. Payed for them....waited in line for over 20 minutes--whoops--machine wasn't set up yet. They could have told me when I ordered these...will not go back there again and they can keep the money....

Apparently children run the place. It was 11 at night, I understand it was late but still no excuse to act so poorly. I repeated my order several times only to be mocked My order was incorrect which could have caused an allergic reaction. Will not be going back to this location!
