Trying to send packages out for my family and workers in this place were ridiculous and said we need to list out every single chocolate and their brand into the form?? Seriously? We lined up twice and still got rejected. I never have that kind of problem with the other Post Office. Will not come back again~

I’ve had a few times of bad experiences with their deliveries. I just wished that the mailmen had some kindness in their heart.

If i can give ZERO star, I will. This usps workers are lack of knowledge and lazy. The Asian at the counter lady told me that priority mail can go up to 1lb but USPS website says "Maximum weight is 70 lbs." The counter workers need to be re-trained again. I was sending 28 packages and the counter workers told me that I can ship only 10 package at a time and I have to go back to the line to ship another 10 packages and go back to the line again. This is nonsense. I asked where the policy mentioned and she couldn't reply . This is the worse post office I have ever been to.
