I had just had an actuator replaced today on one of my door locks. The locks were working fine when the work was completed but I noticed that the alarm was not beeping when opening (2 beeps) & closing the car door (1 beep). I have a Viper clicker. The place where I had my car serviced for the actuator could not help me but they referred me to Maximum Sound. I called them right away & was ready to make an appointment but Mike trouble shooted with me on the phone & thanks to him, my alarm was working again within minutes. He had taken it out of valet mode. I can't thank him enough. He was very honest & took the time out to help me which I was very grateful for. Walked in and nobody at the desk, was quoted $500 day before on installation kit alone, so I assume I would be spending over $1,000+ on the Amp and speakers I wanted, just bummed I have to go somewhere else to get service.
