They use a garbage company called integirty first that requires that you lie on the servey to pass. They legit ask if you lie as one of the questions that fail you. I answered rarely cause if i said never that WOULD be a lie. More like INTEGRITY LAST MONEY FIRST

well I went fully prepared completely dress had all my PP as in vest boots glasses exc. I'm a framer and drywall hanger.Basicly the only person who actually was dressed and prepared for any job in the place , it look like a bunch of drunks and junkies in there waiting to push a broom for the days fix and every one who look barely presentable or sober got handed a job even with out a vehicle .it seems minimal effort jobs and pay is handed out.basicly if you're looking for 70 bucks a day this is the place don't bother looking presentable just bring nothing but your self and a pack of smokes and you're hired.also travel is terrible all out of town work literally the will give you a great excuse

They're good for when you have a job starting in 1-2 weeks. When i say a job I mean working at Walmart, Macy's, Target, or such. but one couldn't survive on it. unless you're single, living in a studio with utilities included. the word temp is exactly what it means TEMP. Then you have to be careful what you say and to whom you say it to. On several occasions a certain person would come in and not even sign in and Miguel would call him. Funny huh. or there are people that sign in at 4:30 waiting for work and some come in at 5:30 600 get sent out. i could see if it was a repeat but then wouldn't you grab your ticket and tools the night before and just go to the job sight? I have several times. well head my warning only go there if you know you are hired at a JOB (AT LEAST YOU KNOW WHEN YOU GET THERE YOU ARE WORKING) and not going in wondering if you will be working.

Work hard for them and they will work hard for you, u can’t bs them cause not only can they smell it but they don’t have time for it. Best agency I ever been to and still will be.

Application process is fast, maybe 20-30 minutes. You do get paid same day and the pay rate is set by the site your being sent to. The greats chance of getting a job is if you own a car, They get them first. But they still hand out jobs to people who have to take the bus.
