Best customer service experience ever from a AT&T store. Will only do my business here going forward. I am willing to drive 20 minutes from home here. I have a store within 2 miles from my home. I will not do business there again. Only tjis Springfield store.

Within 1 week I visited a Eugene AT&T store 7 times. It wasn’t until I was helped by Kyle the store manager at this gateway location that all of my issues were solved. Not only did he help me, but I brought in 2 friends and he got us all squared away at once! This is the only AT&T store I would go to in the area.

Kyle at the gateway AT&T store helped us out with tons of stuff! We ended up up having to go to a different location multiple times and was getting the run around multiple times. As soon as we called and came to the Gateway location Kyle took his time to help us get everything set up with the best deals! Such a great experience and I would definitely recommend coming here over the other location!!
