This is one of the parks in Wickenburg, AZ. The overnighter are directed to a lot in the lower section on a. 5% grade. The pads are level gravel with concrete patios. They have water and power at the rear. Wifi worked flawlessly. If special note is the host. He met us and directed us to our spot but his true colors came out when our dog umcharacteristically bolted and ran away. We were still hooked up so we couldn't get in our truck and look for her. My wife and I walked around looking for her but the host got in his truck and found her across the highway. What an angel. We never had this level of service before.

I am not sure how this place got such a high rating. We move into this facility and hadn’t been there 24 hours before we received notice that we were in violation of encroachments on to a neighbors property because my bbq grill hung over the edge of the concrete patio bu less than 6 inches. We were there less than 7 days and received 3 more notices of violations. When I asked for a list of rules so I could make sure not to have anymore violations I was told they did not have a list of written rules since the rules were different for each space. This facility is the worst place I have ever had the displeasure to stay at.

Very clean, roomy facilities. But there's only one. That wasn't a problem. Didn't see another person in there. Seems most of the park is residential, not many "campers". Was clean, quiet & good wifi.

Use EXTREME CAUTION when making reservations here! Although we made our reservations over a month ago AND received a confirmation email, we showed up today and were told that our space was not available. The guests that they thought were leaving, would be staying for another month and they didn't have any other spaces available. I was so grateful that we didn't have our horses with us since we would have been completely stranded. They didn't even apologize. While I understand business is business and that someone staying another month would bring them far more money than our two night stay, they never even bothered to try and contact us. They had our email, two phone numbers and knew we were driving in from California. I'm sorry that I can't give them zero stars or report them. We were told that they've done the exact same thing to three other travelers this week, alone. Shame on you!!
