Had my car stolen. When to get a release form from them. Could not get the release so I could not get release because AAA had already taken title of the car. Asked to talk to the Sargent or an other officer while I had AAA on the phone to ask questions and I was told there is no officers and the Sargent is to busy. What line of BS!!!! Worst service out of the protect and serve!

I received a moving violation. The officer said I would receive information in the mail for traffic school and do it on line. I have not received any info and do not live in the area. What do I do to take care of this?

You would probably have to call Contra Costa County courthouse for this.

I have a security alarm system monitored by an alarm monitoring company. If the Alarm company calls the Police and Officer is dispatched to the property, do I get charged for the Police to come out even though the alarm is a false one.

Yes most cities have an alarm ordinance to help deter chronic false alarms and to encourage property owners to keep their alarms in good working order. That being said, most municipalities allow for a few false alarms a year without a fee.
