I had a great experience with the bike department. Finally, bikes are becoming available again - and the staff was helpful in letting me test ride the Ripmo they had in stock. I left to cross shop another bike at another local shop, then drove right back to seal the deal! They were very helpful, no pressure, and explained the benefits of buying at SB very well. The basementeer discount is awesome AND the 6 months of free labor! Stoked to get this thing out on the local trails. Thanks!!

Absolutely love the service! The guys are respectful, polite and professional. I asked questions about a possible bike purchase and left feeling content and happy with his answers. They did a great job on my sons bike. I will CERTAINLY come back. It’s a little farther away, but if am happy with the service received distance it’s not an issue.

Excellent bike shop service here. I brought a fox fork in for a piston upgrade and lowers service. Their mechanic Andrew did a fantastic job making sure they had all the required tools to get the job done on time. He also recommended to burnish my bushings for more plush. My fork is feeling better than brand new! In addition to great service I also got some helpful tuning tips. I'll definitely come back for suspension work in the future. I also got some linkage bearings replaced. The job was done quickly and properly.

Approachable and knowledgeable staff members, great selection, easy customer experience. Looking forward to going back often! Team member, Chase, gave me advice on waterproof hiking boots. I just came back from tubing in Soda Springs with my son. The North Face boots he pointed me to were absolutely perfect. I spent plenty of time online trying to pick the right one but a few minutes in conversation was much more valuable. Super happy!

Great question! Masks must be worn at all times by staff and customers 2 years and older. Masks are available to purchase for $2 if needed. We are metering and monitoring guests. Each store has a maximum capacity based on the square footage of the open departments. Temperature may be checked upon entry. Anyone with temperatures above 100.5°F will be asked to return after their temperature has returned to normal. Use sanitation stations throughout the store as needed. Keep 6 feet of distance between you, staff, and other guests while shopping and in line. Use our UV lightboxes in our snow goggle and sunglasses areas for disinfecting after try-ons. Fitting rooms are available. Our public restrooms are closed at this time. Community areas are closed at this time. Rental returns are accepted.
