My cat got stuck up a tree in a very difficult to reach spot, so I decided to rent a lift that could potentially get me closer. Dennis was a massive help - he helped me figure out the best lift for the job, helped me load the equipment into my truck, and showed me how to use it. He really went above and beyond to help me out. Great staff. They have what I need. They also are very knowledgeable about construction. I’ve called a few times to explain what I was doing and the staff would either recommend something they had or if they didn’t have a solution; send me in the right direction to find what I needed. I’ve had a good experiences with them.

Great customer service here. Everyone is always very friendly, helpful, informative, and fair. Recently rented a lift to paint vaulted ceilings. Just make sure the doorway is tall enough and there are no stairs if renting one of these, as they are very heavy.
