Awesome customer care! I came as a walk in with them booked solid til next week. Bith of the other locations near here are booked as well. Charlie was able to squeeze me in to put the LAST tire in my size on the rim. First time in my life to hit something on the freeway and wreck one of my brand new tires!!! Brought in my car for an appointment for routine service. A prescheduled appointment. They said it would take 2 hours. I had my 2 year old daughter with so we walked over to the mall and wasted 1:45 min. When we walked back we were told we were next in line. All they had to do was call me and let me know. So we could leave and come back. Now I don't have time to wait because I have to take my daughter home for her nap and I had to reschedule for tomorrow. I wish I had other options but I'm two days away from deployment and trying to leave my wife with a car that is in good order. They did nothing to try to make it right.

Scheduled appointment for a 2017 Subaru Outback with the camera system (eyesight for Subarus) online without any problems. After bringing it in and waiting an hour I was called and told Firestone cannot align cars with the camera system. Called a dozen stores in Oregon and none of them can do the alignment because they cannot afford the additional equipment to align these systems.

I only go here because my dad does but after what I've been experiencing I don't think I want to come back here. I took my car in to get fixed, and they told me they would have the part by tomorrow. Well I get a call saying they were sent the wrong the part and now it's going to take another week or two to find it. So I don't have my car for two weeks and I need to work.
