I’m a daily costumer of this location and today, never happened before, I had the unfortunate experience of meeting Briana which, without any reason, considering that I was having a normal conversation about the rewords in my new application, slammed the door on my face and started to acting out when I asked to give me a good reason why she was so aggressive. I suggest the company to verify also the mental and emotional stability of the workers considering that is not needed a particular skill to sell and prepare a smoothie. But to be kind yes, you need to be skilled.

This place has always been a must go when im in the area but today was the first time I'm very disappointed of this location , I am and peanut butter and a banana lover and smoothie king makes a perfect combination of the 2 The Peanut Power that's all i order for years and today i was given a cup of banana puree no peanut or the other ingredients that comes with it. I live west of pines and yes i know thera other smoothie king i can go to but this location makes it best. Today for the first time i felt like i wasted my time coming here only to get banana puree i didn't take a tast untill i got to aventura mall.. i was soooo mad
