Nice furniture but poor experience. We put an item on hold. Come back next day, they increased the price by $100 and then denied it. Bought a different couch which worked out. Then sent them my couch for consignment and they sent it back broken and torn. No apology, no offer of remedy. Just a “too bad, we don’t sell broken couches”. I reminded them I emailed them pictures before it was picked up to show its condition. I then emailed them pictures after they dumped it on my front doorstep and drove off. Do not consign here and if you do take pictures before and after like I did to prove it. And one more thing, take pictures of price tags so they don’t change the price on you too.

This place is ok. Everything looks expensive for me. If you are looking for branded used items, than this is the place.

They have Beautiful items, most prices are very fair. A few a bit over priced but worth it😍 my 3 items, less than $200.🤩

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called about leather Couch and chair we wanted to sell and they told me to send pictures. So I sent pictures and a lady named Becky said bring it in, so we went and rented a truck went to the drop off zone and there was a short older woman with short grayish blond hair that we were finally able to track down. Asked her what the next step was and she sent us to the front to see Becky. We walked to the front, Becky greeted us (one of the two nice employees there), asked us to hold on she would be right with us. So we sat down on a couch waiting, and another tall thin lady with very short gray hair told us to go back to the receiving door and we would be helped there in an EXTREMELY rude manner. So we politely went back to the receiving door where the short blond lady precedes to yell at us because the other employee told us to come back and see her. She continues to be extremely rude to the point I walked away to go back up front to find another rep. At this point I am getting mad that I am getting yelled at but rude old women and tired of going back and forth to the front and back of the store at the bequest of rude people. I think your older ladies need to get a new job, their rude, unprofessional, and have no manners. This is anything but a professional store. The furnishings are nice there from what I saw but the customer service is lacking. I won't ever sell or buy furnishing from a place that lacks in professionalism. We decided to donate the two pieces to Savers in Dublin.

You just need to go to see if there is anything that fits your needs...and visit often because their furniture turns over quickly.
Funny that you ask, I'm trying to contact them to see if they buy persian rugs as I have an 80 year old vintage Kara Saruk Kashan
I think you need to take it to the store so they can give you the price they could give you regards
