I have never had such a great experience at a grocery store! It was amazing. I went to produce first, and as I passed a woman restocking, she greeted me and asked if I needed any help. Smile and everything. Then I went to the meat dept. to see what they had. I was greeted immediately and I had the best service of any grocery store in my life. They were nice, accomadating, and friendly. The deli was buzzing and I was helped right away. Even the checker was nice. I have to say it made my entire day. I had a bunch of dr appts and everyone was so nice and helpful that I was smiling when I left. I live closer to a different Safeway, but I will never go there again unless it's an emergency. This location has it all. Great produce, huge wine selection (they sometimes have tastings!!), and wonderful people. Check it out if you can, it is amazing.

Long time customer before they were bought out by who knows who. It used to be very customer oriented and had great service. Now I can wait on line (even for self check-out) for much longer than should be. Very disappointed in the variety of brands they sell. They basically sell their own labels which are not very good. On the upside they now have a very extensive wine cellar and department. When wines are on sale they are a good price although the rest of their prices are through the roof... must be passing on the renovation cost to the consumers. Will now be shopping at a more expensive store that has quality and variety.

Clean, beautiful floral, fruits and vegetables displays when entering right side entrance. Found what I needed. Early shopping shelves are stocked. I was just going for milk, no buggy. but as usual I got few items more, salami and yogurt. They have the flavor I wanted Costco doesn't carry . Probably paid more but got flavor I wanted. Asked question about the Chinese food self service area and learned they start filling it at 1030-11am . So I'll come earlier for it now back open. Hope on going open.
