Worst staff ever. Woman by the name of Hermelinda is just awful! Was extremely rude. Ridiculous that they would hire people with such trash attitudes for customer service.

They have lots of unique stuff for the kitchen, garden, unique chairs, tables, benches, even pets stuff. Nice cloths and shoes, gowns. I usually find a nice dress there.

Based on my experience, this store is just okay. I've been to other Ross stores before that were better organized and had nicer items. The customer service here was average..nothing great. Would maybe come back again and maybe recommend.

Very bad experience.. I went shopping yesterday morning. But place was a mess. Unpleasant day, After 10 minutes and saw inside store's mess we decide to leave.
