Found a hair inside my breakfast melt sandwich. Called to speak to a manager and make him aware of my experience. He said “okay”, I said that’s all you’re gonna say? He said “we’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again”. Asked for a refund and he was not able to assure me my money would go back to my card, said he would talk to his manager. Very grossed out and disappointed with this location.

As far as BKs go this one is on point. Great place to take your kids on hot day. Best restaurant playground I've seen in years. Clean bathroom and facility. A definite stop on our west coast trips from here on out

Service was excellent. And I must say, they have some pretty hot female employees. All in all, a very well managed, clean spot to visit if ever in immokalee
