I had a tire blow on the freeway. I called shop after shop to see if they could help with my specific tire. No one had it available. I finally called Pendleton Tire Factory and Anna was able to locate the tire. Such a big relief!! She even called the tire company that installed the tires for me and was able to help me get them to pay for the defective tire. She saved me money and saved me time!!
