Had to cancel my membership. Staff at the front desk carries on all day. They are loud and obnoxious and treat the entry way like its party central Pretty simple: If you come to socialize, this is your gym. If you come to concentrate on serious workouts I would look else where as the staff is heard cackling and laughing loudly. Unprofessional and unnecessary. Equipment is in good repair

Not sure but i sure love this place
There is not a track, however there are plenty of treadmills with varying speeds and inclines to choose from and are incredibly user friendly. Hope this helps!
Its open 24 hours a day 7 days a week but if you need to sign up or have a question you have to go during there "open hours"
