The guy working there told me on the phone some prices on some gaming systems for a great price and I get my car and drive there and when i get there they told me that the systems were 3 times the price what the guy had told me. So unproffessional and lowballing scammers

This pawn shop is easily my favorite to visit. They have great deals and are completely fair when negotiating on a sale. I always leave satisfied with my purchases as everything there is just and affordable. When I first visited the place, I was greeted by a friendly employee named Allan. He was always sure to offer assistance whenever I needed it. Every time I've visited, he helped me find what I was looking for and gave it to me for a reasonable price. He continues to work there and his strong efforts have brought this particular location to a higher quality. If he's ever there when you shop, I guarantee you'll have the same experiences I've had. I highly recommend this place to anybody that's looking for affordable prices!

I think Lorena asst manager, has been the best customer service person I've ever met.She goes above and beyond her job. She is a great asset to your company. Please give her a raise she deserves it. Joe the store manager is also a great asset to your company. He brightens the store with his smile. He also deserves a raise.

I have been a regular customer at Cash America for over 25 years. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Particularly at the RC Poe location. Lorena goes out of her way to give the best customer service I can expect. I would recommend talking to her if possible when going there. If not, all other staff are more than capable.
