very rude customer service. I drove up at 810pm, the girl on the drive up speaker said they closed at 8 when they close at 9. When I drove off the car in front of me was receiving a very large order. Very Lazy and Pathetic work ethic

I had to ask them to replace a thigh that was missing some skin and after asking the manager they did replace it. We eat with our eyes first, they need to remember that. It's my money and I won't settle for less.

It was on a Sunday around 3pm and not enough chicken they had , no banana pudding that's a brand new item, or no new strawberry drink

Horrible customer service. I got a Mac and cheese for 4.99 and it was half way filled up and when asked that’s how they come she “manager” “store manager” says yes 3 scoops only. . Mashed potatoes were worst 3.99 and more gravy then mashed potatoes.
