Just moved to town and had no mattress, could not handle sleeping on the blow up bed another night. When we walked in to the store, Juan, Marcus and Jesus greeted us very welcoming and professional. They even went out of their way to suggest good places for dinner and made us feel so welcome in El Paso! Juan went above and beyond to assist us in choosing a mattress and going the extra mile by getting it to our house the same night. Thank you guys so much. Will recommend this branch to everyone.

I felt the need to comment on the excellent customer services and inviting atmosphere that this Mattress Firm store brings when we were shopping for a mattress. Three truly knowledgeable individual salesmen assisted us with our specific needs. The first was Gabriel Mejia who was very courteous followed by Manager Gian Davila who ensured we were receiving the best deal possible and Manager Juan Martinez who also was outstanding and patient in working with us until we found that precise mattress that would bring years of contentment. From Jordan Rodriguez and Karina Lara: Went to go look for a better price for beds, as first time mattress buyers we were looking to get the best deal possible. The customer service was great, Juan helped us out with our new King mattress and we got out mattress the very next day !!!
