Very unhappy with the service. Tellers are ok, but you have to jump through all sorts of hoops to make any changes to your account. Over the phone customer service reps are rude and sarcastic. I'm switching to another credit union for sure.

A member must be 18 to be on an auto loan by themselves, before 18 they can only be a co-signer with a qualified adult as primary borrower.
