A good burger joint very close to the square in Santa Fe. I like a lot of what they do here. They carry quality local beers, and serve high quality food. Sunday afternoon service isn't the fastest but they get it done. You order at the counter and get a number for your table. The duck fat fries I had were tasty and correctly cooked. Same with the green Chile burger, very well cooked (medium well) and flavorful, just enough kick to it. Did I mention they have milkshakes as well? This location has indoor seating as well as outdoor seating that extends into Burro alley, very pleasant.

We were amongst the first in the door today and were greeted with a smile. The food was really good. House made sauces and pickles were the hero and the Steel bender IPA was perfect for washing it down. The only reason I don't give five stars is that it was quite cold in the building during our visit so we were a bit uncomfortable.

Overall: 5/10 "A Burger worth the Bite" Hole in the wall dinette with rustic ambiance. Fun spot. If you're hungry and passing through, give them a try. Let's break it down... 💥FOOD: 5/10 *Great variety of choices, nice selection of craft beers... *New Mexico has a great selection of beer, I do wish they had a few more local drafts *I went with the "Smoke" burger 🍔 and it had a nice flavor with a sweet sauce but the burger and bun were strangely dry. *Truffle fries were a nice touch..greasy and delicious 👌 💥SERVICE: 7/10 *Waitstaff are really nice here, it's pay at the counter and serve yourself for the most part. *There is a long bar table across from the bar which is smart and let's 2 rows of customers enjoy the television while they eat and have a drink without getting in the way of each other...smart layout! 💥ENVIRONMENT: Ambience is fun and inviting...bottle-cap wall art with artsy paintings of cow skulls and rattlenakes...very southwest👍 My burger, fries and soft drink was $20 I think it's a little overpriced for what you get. If a small family wanted a night out it would be a pretty costly venture...upwards of $80-$100.... At that price, it's a turn-away 😬 I would however try them again to taste more of their menu though...

This place has the best burgers. You can order with sweet potato fries or plain fries. Gluten Free options are also available. Beer on tap. We recommended it here. Ask for complimentary pickles. They’re the best. Loads of outdoor and indoor seating, nestled right off the Santa Fe Plaza.
