We shopped on tax free weekend, so we spent a bit more than normal. Our item erroneously rung up at $50 higher than the marked price and we were at the self check out. We requested assistance from a nearby employee who promptly made the correction for us. We left as happy shoppers.

This Lowe's is like any other. It is generally pretty clean and organized. The staff are usually helpful. My biggest complaint is that there are times when only the self checkout registers are open and of course that's the one time I have to buy something weird that doesn't scan right so I need to get someone to ring me up anyways.

This store is awesome. The aisles are nice and wide and the store has a very open layout. This helps reduce crowding and makes the experience very well. All the staff I have ever dealt with has been knowledgeable and friendly. The other Orange big box store in Leominster is always crowded and their aisle layout is very cluttered. Not much space to move around and you always feel crowded.

This has to be the best experience in a big box store I have ever had. I went in to just do a simple return. One not only did Kyle at the service desk return my products faster than anyone I have but he was super knowledgeable about everything I asked him. He noticed that I was talking about possibly buying a new grill. He then proceeded to call Paul over to customer service. Me and paul then talked about what I wanted and he directed me to go see Kyle again. Oh boy Kyle was amazing he rang me out so fast and coordinated the assembly and pickup. Definitely the smartest and the hands down the fastest customer service person I have seen in my many years shopping at this Lowe’s. Definitely going places.
