It's amazing how a church the size of Bethel manages to feel like family. We have come to know and appreciate the authenticity of leaders and members alike; and thoroughly enjoy the relationships we've cultivated, the biblically sound teaching, and the myriad fellowship opportunities.

We have been attending for a few years now. We switched for our kids to have a better church experience. Here they are safe, cared about, and educated while having fun! We have also enjoyed multiple venues over the years - the family seating area (with snacks!) for the weeks-months-years that the kids were young. We prefer the main/big church and seeing it all live. We have the 'area' where we sit and have become friends with those who also sit in the same general area. While it is a big church, we feel welcome and noticed.

Just another republican worship place. I used to go there more often, and it was a fine place, but I returned after about a year long break recently, and the entire sermon was political. In addition to other things, the pastor was practically chanting "build that wall" when talking about Nehemiah. He then ended the sermon by asking the congregation to think of bad non-christians they know and pray for them. This is always a red flag for me; in my mind, prayer and church should be about strengthening our relationship with God, not about picking out people in our lives to hate and condemn. Anyway, after the sermon I went and asked the people at the welcome desk if sermons were always so political nowadays, thinking maybe it was just a poorly done joke. They just stared at me blankly and asked, "Was it political?"

It's part of the body of Christ, so technically a church of God.
Hi William ☺️ If you navigate to the website, you can click in a few different areas to learn more about Bethel's mission. In the top right corner there are three lines that will take you to the menu where you can click on the "ABOUT" tab to learn more about Bethel. Also on the main page when you open the website there is an orange looking map that says "The Pathway" ... how we make disciples. If you click on that there is also more info. ☺️ Hope that helps some.
Christmas Eve Services will be held at 9am, 5pm, and 7pm. Child care is available at all services for children 0-4 years old.
Yes! Just go to the main videos section on our Youtube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/c/BethelChurchWA/videos . Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Hey Dan, great question! The simple answer: as soon as possible 🙂. With a total of 7 venues across 3 campuses, there are a lot of moving parts that go into giving everyone an equally great experience, and of course, safety is a priority. We hope to have some more updates soon, and they’ll be on our website at bethel.ch
Hi Paul, Great question! We have no affiliation with Bethel Redding Ca.
Operation Christmas Child boxes need to be dropped off in the Richland Campus foyer by November 17. 🙂
Hey Sandy, You can register on the Bethel website here: https://www.bethel.ch/event/80760
Anyone is welcome to attend. There are 2 service times: 8:30am & 10:30am. There are also teen services if your granddaughter would like to go to that as well with other students her age. There is no specific dress code. Come as you are. Hope to see you there. ❤️
Hi Darren! Thanks for the question. We believe that everyone has sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. We are saved through Christ alone by his death on a cross and resurrection three days later, via an ongoing relationship with Him. As followers of Christ, we are commanded to love everyone the way Jesus loves, so we follow His example!
I haven't seen one in the announcements. But Bethel has a website with all events listed. ❤️ Good place to double check. But I don't recall seeing one the last time i was looking at events the day before yesterday.
Yes, Bethel is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit. Thanks for asking and have a blessed Thanksgiving!
There are various small group support groups and if you contact staff they can refer professional resources as well.
