We didn’t even get seated because the hostess couldn’t find anyone to serve us. There were probably 4 people dining-in and a couple seated at the bar, restaurant was empty at 4pm! She mentioned it was because they were changing shifts. We left because we were awkwardly standing there waiting. Why would I want my family to be served by anyone or any restaurant that doesn’t want to serve us? We ended up going to Casamigos restaurant (5 min away), and I’m so glad we left. We had the best food and the service at Casamigos restaurant was excellent.

They have redeemed themselves after Covid-19’s toll on the restaurant industry! The staff was very friendly! The food was amazing. Everything was to order and delicious. Nice to have dinner that was worth paying for! Thanks for a great night!!!

Our waitress was super nice. She came by at all the right intervals. She had a fun personality. We had chips and salsa, shared the Buffalo chicken sandwich and a triple dipper. We also destroyed dessert! We are fans of chilis, and will be back!

It was my first time coming to this place. I used to love coming to chili's but I am never coming to eat at this place ever again because I found a hair in my food!
