I am so proud to call Shillington Commons home. From the beginning process Michele and Zaida have been very helpful with everything. I am coming up on 9 months of being free of cancer and living at the shillington commons is a brand new chapter in my life. Its very quiet here and they have a childs playground a picnic area with grills and 3 courts for volleyball and tennis. The laundry facility is convenient and its wonderful to have own parking space. I love my new home. Thank you Michele and Zaida for giving me this opportunity.

Horrible, my car was stolen on the parking lot, called office to see if there was any cameras, they dont have any. Apartment hallways are very dirty, we have to clean them. You will end up with mice and cockroaches and your apartment, no matter how clean you keep it. You can hear EVERYTHING, some people play music at 1 am and when you complain to staff they say that nothing can be done. Rent goes up every year. You will also see cops around often, it's like living in reading. The only good thing about this place is the school district, the rent also goes up every year, we are counting the days until we move out.

As a neighbor in the community I couldn’t be happier to have the commons in my backyard! Michele and her staff are extremely accommodating and went out of their way to help me with a neighborly Issue! Thank you again so much!

Choose this place to live only if end of the world and this is the last place to stay. Management is sometimes rude. Rules are different for different tenants. Don't expect to get back your security deposit no matter how clean you left the apartment before you left this place.
