Nonexistent customer service. Went in to buy a handcuff case for my duty belt. Wanted to get the right size for my cuffs. Had to hunt down a worker who then told me I couldn't buy a handcuff case without law enforcement credentials. Apparently, my level 3 guard card wasn't sufficient to buy a product that is literally available to the public at every other tactical shop in town (I went home and ordered it from Amazon). Really weird vibe in this place. Galls or IPS Tactical are much better choices, with excellent customer service and lower prices.
