Great experience over the years: I bought my hot tub from from Hot Tubs Albuquerque 6 years ago. The price was good, but there was a delay in arrival of perhaps two months. Steve compensated us for the delay with a chemicals credit at the store and they even moved the tub for me at not cost a year later. The SPA went down a couple months back, but they had it up and running with one service call, because the tech came prepared with parts for my model.

I went in today to buy some chemicals for my Hot tub which we did not purchase from their store (which we regret). The salesman and the owner We’re absolutely wonderful. Super knowledgeable and didn’t try sell things that weren’t essential. They even offered to send a tech to our house to help teach us how to get the chemicals right. My only regret is not buying our hot tub from them.
