If you go to the Somersworth.com website and search for building permits, you will find exactly what you need.
I don't know the answer to that question. What I do know is call them (603-692-9555) and find out what their position is regarding this.
No, not today. City Hall is closed for Martin Luther King Day.
Local is town fee. Then you have to pay state fees as well. It applies to every vehicle or boat etc.
