After waiting on hold for over an hour the customer service representatives or caseworkers, whoever answers, were plain rude. Had a caseworker hang up on me for no apparent reason other than politely asking about my account status. No reason to be rude to people for no reason. I get you may have some bad callers but don’t take it out on the rest of us who are asking basic questions. Re-train your staff or have them take a communications class. Edit: called back again, the rep was awesome and had to transfer me to a caseworker. Needless to say I waited 1.5 hours for them to not answer and hang the call up on me.

Why do they ask on the phone to leave your name, number and message to be called back within 24 hours when they are busy if they never call back? I have been trying to speak to somebody and I have left many messages with no call backs...

Hate to say this, but they seem to be a bit unorganized when it comes to personal attention and, in my opinion they're work load is over loaded. I never call, just go in person and everything easily resolved and quickly.

What if I'm homeless from a different state and dont have my birth certificate or ss card but I know my number
