Went there on Saturday 1:30pm, drive through was long line waiting. Go inside to a line. The 2 workers on the side we can see on the inside are reason as to why everyone was waiting and leaving without ordering. Leaving their station to check phones and change music they are listening to instead of getting the customer orders our and getting them lines down. 3 people walked out as I was standing there. The cashier, instead of taking all the orders he was walking around doing his own thing... Come on Taco Bell, you use to be amazing....

I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes to get my mobile order. The manager at the time blamed the cashier and didn't even apologize for them not "checking me in". Which I did check in when I walked in the restaurant. I'm trying to call the facility to voice my complaint with said workers but no one will answer their phone. I DO NOT recommend this place.

Don't go here. You'll wait in line 20min because they're always slow, then they'll come out and tell you they can't take your order because the school down the street is having a graduation and their management is too inept to figure out how to satisfy a party order and run their business. Maybe it's just because everyone in New Mexico is subpar and incompetent. It seems pervasive everywhere here from government to hobos. But this particular experience was egregious and goes beyond simple mental deficiency to outright rude and unprofessional.

Drive thru was pretty full, so I went inside. They had me use an ordering kiosk rather than a cashier line. Wait time was reasonable, but there were few options for customizing my order. Still had what I wanted aside from a traditional tostada, and it was as expected. Fresh taco and warm burrito!
